POLICIES

We value every guests' time; therefore, we ask for your courtesy to contact us if you are unable to make your appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cut and styling appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. All color appointments must be canceled more than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. If appointment is canceled within that time, you will be charged 50% of your service. Cancellations without notice may be subject to additional charges up to the full cost of your missed appointment. 

LATE POLICY: If you’re 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment at the discretion of the scheduled stylist 

NO CHILDREN POLICY: We love your kids but we ask that your little ones remain at home UNLESS they themselves are receiving a service.
